Asgeir Giskegjerde, or A:G for short, is always searching for music with openness andneverending curiosity, and his love for discovering new gems to share with hissurroundings only grows stronger with time. 
With a playful approach to blendingtracks and styles when behind the decks, you know there's always another wave ofenergy coming, as he connects genres and harmonies in his very own way

Picking up the guitar from the age of ten, playing in various band projects growing up,music has played a significant role for the most part of his life. 
But it is electronicmusic that has become the main calling, bringing this Oslo-based digger to play records in cities likeBerlin, New York, London, Stockholm, Lille and many more.

Dusty fingersfromrecord stores around the world and countless hours on discogs is carefully fedback through DJ sets full of feeling and connectedness to tracks that means that extralittle something.

On the production side, he's got a sparse discography of tracks spanning over the lastdecade or so, showing love for different moods on the dancefloor, fueled through ayin&yang relation between digging and playing on one end, and productions on theother. 
This has resulted in a handful of releases on labels like Partisan,Fresh Tunez,X2SEE, EYA, Det Gode Selskab, OsloGround, Subsequent and his recently started imprint NocturnalExpeditions

With releases on the labels Cocuy, Mhost Likely, Mòatùn7 and Badabing diskos with his partner in crime Duv Tales, he is known for producing northern disco and old school house inspired dance music . 
Traveling trough banging house grooves mixed with sample chops from the northern hemisphere, the duo have gotten known for delivering tracks that make your hips set sails for the dance floor. 

In his latest release you find a collab with Casablanca 303 (CO) on a new house music track on Cocuy Records, blending the warmth of jazzy chords with elements of minimal house. 
Recorded in Oslo and released by Cocuy Records, this track embodies a refined yet energetic sound, designed to captivate and move dance floors.
